Hello Everyone, 
My name is Luci, and I am very new to real estate investing. Circumstances have changed my life path, and I plan to succeed in this new venture. I don't have any prior professional experience. I purchased homes when I was married. My most recent experience was selling my condominium, 
a very wise investment I made 8 years ago, to purchase my home in 2023.
