Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Nate from Greenville,  MI. Im brand new to the world of real estate investing, spending any time i get learning about investing and i am eager to purchase my first rental property and scale up from there. I'm interested to invest in whatever deal makes sense.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy working out, fishing and spending quality time with my wife and 1 year old son.

@Nathan Pethers recommend you use the BiggerPockets Agent & PMC lookup features since +95% of agents CLAIM they can work with an investor, but actually only know how to do owner-occupied transactions.

Your PMC and agent should work together, on your behalf so make sure they play nice:)
