Getting started, mentors?

Hey, i'm new to the forums and bigger pockets. Its a bit overwhelming to begin this process, but I know there is a wealth of information and resources with BP. Is there a webinar that really moved the needle with getting started? It seems like getting the ball rolling is the hardest part. I am interested in single or multifamily home rentals. I've had trouble finding deals so far, but I still have much to learn. I'm very interested in receiving mentorship and am willing to pay for expertise.
