Hello, My name is Alessandro Coca, I plan to invest in Residential Real Estate. My goal is to gain enough knowledge so that in the future, I can flip a house. I became interested in Real Estate Investment because of the boss of my dad. He told me he has about 10 houses flipped,  and now he can just kick back and relax.

Welcome to BP! Flipping is a high risk high reward endeavor, especially with people just starting out.
