I'm Steve Welty, the CEO of Good Life Property Management. After lurking here for a while, I'm excited to finally post and connect with everyone!
A bit about us: Good Life Property Management is based in sunny San Diego, California, and we've recently expanded our services to Orange County. We've been in the property management game for over 11 years, managing over 1,300 properties with a fantastic team of 40 employees. Our mission is to make owning rental property easy.
