Good evening BiggerPockets!
Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Joseph Warren and I am a Wholesaler living in NYC, but working virtually in Florida (Tampa, Tallahassee and the Cape Coral/Fort Myers areas). I've been interested in investing since about August of last year, and I finally decided on my avenue and my target markets around mid April of this year after getting over some analysis paralysis.
