Good evening Bigger Pockets World,

I have been big fan for the last seven years. I have bought and sold six homes, had one beautiful flip, and kept one duplex that was a BRRR score and currently building two more duplexes with the opportunity for one more that is build ready. Still own a nice track of land that I will be sold and seller financed to the buyer. As a Broker, I don't compete with my Realtors. I love analyzing the market and understanding the trends at the micro level. I look forward to learning more and working with like minded investors.
