New Intro of Long-time Member

I've been a member at Bigger Pockets for years. I've gotten lots of information here, from lots of great people, but "life has been lifing", as they say. 

So, I'm getting nearer to retirement and have seen plenty of ideas to create income in my retirement years. Now, I'm ready to go for it! 

I've been looking at investing in small, multifamily property, fix and flip (or hold), storage units, truck/rv/boat storage lots, etc. I'm looking to meet others who are interested in the same, and learn the best strategies to enter the world of investing.
