From Vancouver - US commercial / retail, industrial market?

Hello,

Just joined from vancouver. I've been investing since about the mid boom here in vancouver and have kept mainly to residential rentals.

Im here looking to get ideas and maybe some insight into different pockets in the US, especially commercial / retail or industrial properties to purchase and lease.

Any comments?
