Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Ryley from Cartersville, GA, and I'm currently in the process of my first house flip. Not entirely sure what avenue of real estate investing I want to take yet so I've been reading lots of books on the different strategies. Multi-family and BRRRR are what interest me the most currently.

Outside of real estate, my day job is a Product Manager at PwC. My main hobbies are playing golf, video games, and reading about real estate.

Hey Josh - thanks and nice to meet you! My wife went to Kennesaw State, so very familiar with that area. 

The flip is right off where Grassdale rd intersects with Joe Frank Harris Pkwy.
