Hi all I am new to Bigger Pockets, although I have been a landlord since 2013 I am starting to treat this as a business instead of a side hustle. I live in the RTP area and have been here since 2013, I am interested in SFR and Multi (4 or fewer doors). I am happy to be here and learn from the wealth of information everyone has created here.
