Howdy!

I am excited to become an active member of the Bigger Pockets community! I recently moved to Nashville, TN, and am looking to buy my first property and house hack. If you have used this strategy in this region or are an agent or lender familiar with the HH strategy please reach out!

Real estate aside, I am passionate about rock climbing! It would be fun to meet some investors who also climb. One day I would like to own property within 20 minutes of a crag.
