New and Ready to Learn

Hello, my name is Jacob,

I am a 20 year old college student who has always been extremely interested in real estate and more recently investing in real estate.

I live in Eugene, Oregon and I would love to find people that are familiar with this market. I want to get into this lifestyle as quickly as possible and I have been researching quite a bit. Ideally I will find a mentor that lives nearby from whom I can learn as much as possible.

I believe that my main strategy will be buy and hold but I also love the idea of renovating anything from a house to an apartment complex. I do not want to limit myself but that is what I see myself doing so far. I would love to go even further in good time but I need to learn the ropes before I take on more than I can handle.

Thank you for your time and I hope you have a great day!

@Jacob Wathen -

@Andrew Syrios is right on w/ his analysis of the market in Eugene.

If you want to buy and hold here, you'll need to be VERY selective.

However, you can renovate in this market and be profitable.

Welcome!
