Hello everyone my name is Paul Guillotte Jr. I am a Real Property Appraiser 2 at my county tax office I am a long time listener of the podcast. I am finally looking to put my 203k house hack team together. So any insight on lenders, realtors, contractors etc within the greater Charlotte area would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
