New to mortgage brokering but I got a niche That Igotta itch
Relatively new to the mortgage business I find it interesting could use some advice from now and again. Doing it part time for now. Times are tight as you know. I came across a company that works with condo developers giveing $31000 cash back at closing for investors. Nice properties orlando tampa panama city and others. So between that my day job and tring to get the word out about my mortgage services staing pretty busy
