Complete beginner from San Diego
Hi everyone,
I'm brand new to the site and to real estate. I've never purchased real estate before, but I'm hoping to buy my first home. Although I'm not totally confident with my math,I think the wisest way for me to go about this is to buy a 2 or 3 on 1 and live in one and rent out the rest.
I've read through the beginners guide on this website and am slowly assimilating all of the info. I'm not going to lie, I am totally overwhelmed and a little bit scared about this whole idea, but I'm trying to just take it one step at a time. My next step is to call some real estate agents this week and see if I can find one that I am comfortable working with.
I am open to any and all advice or suggestions of other resources to learn from. I have learned so much already from this website and I really appreciate everyone giving their time and knowledge so freely.
