Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Sam M. from San Diego,CA. I am embarrassed to say that I have been a free member for a very long time, and stuck in analysis paralysis for way too long. I think I am on a path to recovery, ready to check out the market tools to finally pick and market and find some deals!

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, as well as playing golf, collecting comics and sports cards, and binging the next show on Netflix.

I am very excited to meet people with common interests, network, learn, and help where I can. Thanks for having me!
