Hi all,

My name is Steven and I recently discovered bigger pockets podcast after listening to Ken McElroy's podcast. I recently read Rich Dad Poor Dad and I have been bitten by the real estate bug. I have listened to about 40 episodes of bigger pockets rookie and regular episodes. My wife and I are currently saving for our first property to rent out. Every story that I heard is the first one is where you learn the most especially if it is a flip. We plan to go all out in the next 10 years to try and secure our financial freedom and possibly begin flipping full time. I love that there is a forum that offers so many tools to do research and a community of people that just want to succeed in the same way. I look forward to successfully landing out first property by paying the money down but then plan on leveraging opther strategies such as BRRRR, HELOCS, etc.
