Hi there! Just wanted to thank everyone in this fantastic community - what a wealth of knowledge you all carry!

I posted a separate thread with some hopeful advice coming -- about my first LTR.

I'm hoping to go from 0 (doors) to ~20 in about 5 years or so and from what I'm seeing here, it's a promising and likely endeavor with some patience, organization and a good team.
