Just joined! Wanted to tell a little about myself. For the last 4 years I have been buying and fixing up in MD and DC. I currently own a few properties at this time that I am just collecting rent on and plan to sell once the market strengthens. I have really been focusing on land for the last year or so in between other projects. I guess for now I am more interested in commercial and land, and plan to park it here until the market strengthens.
