New member in Panama City!!

Hi Bigger Pockets! My name is Lena Castellano. I’ve been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast for about two months now and I feel like I have learned so much already. I just moved to Panama City Beach and am excited to learn about the market here. I am not really in a position to purchase my first property just yet, but I am getting all my financials in order and saving up to hopefully buy something next year. I think I want to start off with house hacking and eventually get into fix and flips. I also want to learn as much as I can before I jump in, so I am super thankful that I found Bigger Pockets!
