im new to wholesaling and excited to learn. I have 8 years under my belt with re investing and 10 doors to show for it, all in california!
I have never cold called or found off market deals so wholesale will be a challenge for me but lets connect if you can offer advice on the topic. I can help with any LTR and STRs advice as I'm in that business and have done a good amount of deals.
