Agent in NW Florida, Emerald Cost
Hi, everyone!
I'm new to the forums and looking to connect on single family long term rental deals as well as vacation rental deals.
I'm licensed in two states, but just received my FL license in 2022. I've temporarily moved to a referral network only, and am very happy to answer questions and connect investors with real estate agents, property managers, and other service providers in NW Florida.
Looking forward to learning, finding deals, and sharing what I can with the community.
