Goodafternoon everyone my name is Nick Burrell I am a realtor in the state of Michigan been doing real estate for about 2 years now. Grateful to be able to join this group to learn and gain knowledge from different people. My mentor always told if you surround yourself around successful people (its contagious) and if your willing to put in the work you will get there. @Nick Burrell recommend you start looking for "deals" that you can sell to other investors.
This will force you to learn how to find them AND evaluate them.
You'll generate commissions you can accumulate to start flipping.
