Hey Bigger Pcket community! With the current market been short on single family homes in our area we have made a strategic decision to pivot back to flipping a few properties.  We recently purchased a very large gutted home on a double lot across from a lake, and we could not be more excited to start the project! Currently in the planning stages, focusing on efficient renovations so we stay on schedule.  Feeling very confident that once we are completed, this property will attract buyers quickly  at a strong market price. We are eager to share our progress with you.  Let's get flipping!
