New to REI in the Grand Rapids, Mi market
Hello BP community, My name is Joe Belleville. My wife and i are just starting out in real estate investing in the Grand Rapids, Mi market. We moved to west Michigan 5 years ago with our 4 children and absolutely love it here. For the past year, listening to podcasts, doing research, and debating when the right time to start this journey, we have decided to get over the fears and just focus on the analysis and dive right in. We currently own a home and am looking for a small multifamily property in Grand Rapids to start out with our 18 yr old daughter who wants to live in one of the units. We are excited to be here and cant wait to start building! Feel free to give us any advice you have.
