Enthusiastic newbie from Hampton Roads, VA
Hi my name is Candace Hunt and I'm new to the forums. I've had a Bigger Pockets account for a little while, but I'm starting to explore the forums and just getting more out of the site as a whole.
I'm a 25 year old licensed VA real estate agent and property manager. I've been licensed for 2.5 years - 3 years and currently manage about 100 properties.
My family has history with real estate and construction so I've always had exposure to the business. A few years ago I had more exposure to the property management, liked that aspect, got licensed, and joined the business.
Recently I've been getting more involved with and learning more about investing, which is how I found BP. Right now I'm just looking to expand my knowledge and gain experience.
