Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Katlyn Alegria from the Bay Area, CA, passionate about real estate investing for 10 years. I'm particularly passionate about small multi family. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy my kids, travel, exercise, wellness and I am also a former Financial Planner turned Mortgage Lender.  I love working with clients and getting them further towards their wealth building goals via investment properties.
