Cancelling yearly membership after being charged.
I signed up for a 7 day free trial to try out the tools, but I forgot to cancel on time. I was charged a year’s membership. Fine, no big deal. I figured I’d go ahead and cancel for next year so I wouldn’t be charged again but continue to use the features. However, now that I’ve cancelled, I can’t use any of the features. Has this happened to anyone else? Trying to contact support with no response. Seems scammy to me. Taking my money and not allowing me access to use your site.
