I need of some more pointers please

Hello my name is Betsy and I have been trying to learn as much as possible about wholesaling. I have read the beginners guide and am going to attend an REIA meeting. I have also read many forums from here and many other blogs but still do not feel comfortable on taking the big step. If anyone can give me any pointers I would greatly appreciate them. Some people just have to jump - otherwise they get stuck reading and learning forever. If you can't push yourself to do that, find another local investor that will let you learn by their side. Offer to split deal you bring so you can focus on the first part, finding motivated sellers, while learning the rest.
