Hello everyone. My name is Cornelius from Oxnard CA. I work for the Department of Defense as a mechanical engineer. Currently, I support the US Navy in testing the computer, radars, and weapons on the Littoral Combat Ship class. I have no experience in real estate, but my business partner and I are looking to get our foot in the door. From what we know now, we would most likely start by wholesaling, rehabbing, or both. We have really just begun doing our homework about two weeks ago, so we still have a lot to learn. We are going to begin by trying to network and meet potential buyers and private money lenders. I am hoping to learn a lot on this website by reading all the good documentation and all of the different posts. Hope to talk/write to some of you in the near future.
