Per the title I'm Karmine!

I'm 18 years old and eager to seize all the opportunity life sends my way. I currently work as a Pipefitter (think plumbing but on industrial steroids). I'm passionate about real estate and how utilizing this asset class can enable me to build generational wealth and retire early. As I want to have work life balance in perspective of my life time and want to get the work done now. 

This motivation lead me and a business partner to start Raise the Standard Property Management. Servicing: Milwaukee County, Racine County, and Kenosha County. We currently work with out of state investors and provide a full service approach which can be used by in state investors as well.

When it comes to investing I'm currently in the process of closing on a partnered 4 Unit in Milwaukee WI.
