Greetings everyone! I came across the BP site and was highly impressed with the level of information offered through their site. I'm looking to meet awesome minds who's brains I can pick (no Hannibal lector) about making the right moves and side step as many pitfalls as possible. I'm in the process of building a quality power team as this seems to be universally accepted as the secret to success. I look forward to corresponding with you. I'm currently employed full time and I'm trying to find the balance as real estate seems to be a full time job.

welcome to BP! You will learn so much by browsing this site. I work full time as well, have a family and I'm a newbie -- it does take some time management but I've found that if I prioritize what I need to accomplish in order to make my RE goals, I eliminate the things that distract from that. Write your goals down - long term (1 year) and short term (90 days) and use the resources here to help you achieve them. There are a lot of REIAs in the area as well.
