Hello my BP family! Long time listener first time post. I'm jumping head first into the wholesale thing. I'm anxious to close my first deal. Have my phone system up, business cards printed, marketing executed, working on mls access(will be getting license).Would appreciate any advice or buyers that are interested in properties in the Kansas City Metro Area. Let me know exactly what your perfect property looks like and I will do my best to tee it up for you. Also I have one question for the locals. Can anyone suggest a really good, investor friendly title company?

Am looking forward to meeting new people and making new friends.

I agree with my brother in the post above me. The south is a great market at the moment, also Alpha Title is very investor fiendly.
