Hi Everyone,

I am fairly new to real estate investing and have joined BP to see what I can learn to become more successful in this field. I currently have a few rental properties in Philadelphia area and am finishing my first flip in Brooklyn, NY. I am looking for my next flip in the NYC area. I have a very large amount of capital through an investor who is just as eager as I am to find our next project. I use the MLS and Zillow to research properties. I would welcome any advice on how/where to find my next project as well as any general tips to become more successful in this field.
