Just here to introduce myself and possibly get to know some people in my area
Hey everyone my name is Musa Wilson. I’m from St. Louis, MO. I’m a new investor, not even a deal yet but there’s nothing but opportunity down here for me to build my wealth and become financially free. My goal is to have two single family homes by the end of this year with tenants and to be able to refinance them both to continue the process in the years to come. If anyone is close to St. Louis or has invested in St. Louis I would love to hear more about what I can do to reach my goals! I have decent credit and have about $7,000 saved which I know is not much, but the house are dirt cheap where I’m at.
