I live in Providence, RI. I am doing syndications and am looking to acquire multifamily properties, B and C class, Value Add, 20-75 units, In RI, IN and Ohio. Preferably, 1970 and newer. Open to midwest. I will also JV a deal. Currently raising capital on 2 deals. Please reach out just to say hello or ask questions.
