Starting a new venture
Hello everyone! I’m a new member and just starting my commercial real estate venture this year. While I haven’t closed a deal yet, I plan to acquire my first property before December 1, 2025. I’m looking for a small multi-tenant retail building between 7,500 and 12,500 square feet—ideally with good occupancy but room for improvement. I’d really appreciate any recommendations on strong markets to invest in across the U.S., as well as any advice for a first-time buyer. Looking forward to learning from you all!
