I’m 22y/o and a senior at Drexel University in Philadelphia. I’ve been passionate about real estate for the past year, and this platform feels like the perfect place to connect with likeminded individuals.

I’m currently working toward building enough capital to purchase my first duplex and start house hacking. In the meantime, I’ve been learning a bit about wholesaling and would love to dive deeper. Excited to connect and learn from anyone willing to share their knowledge and experiences!

I have a family member a year behind you at Drexel. Great school. IF you are interested in learning more about rehabs, wholesaling etc. I have 9 properties right now in Philadelphia that we are going to look to get rid of through wholesalers, investors or possibly renovate some.
