Hello everyone my name is Nate' (Natay) and I am new to real estate investing. The only Real Estate I know is that I that I have purchased two homes & sold one.. I am so exciting about real estate investing, but so TERRIFIED at the same time!! This has been me Dream for years! I just joined BIGGER POCKETS 25 days ago and man ole man... So much info.. CAN YOU GUYS HELP ME GET OVER THAT FEAR!! WHERE DO I BEGIN in Real Estate Investing!

ESPECIALLY the part about listening to the podcast. Honestly, the podcast completely changed my mindset about real estate. I had been a little down about not getting a deal after being in the business for so long (14 months at current) but every single podcast guest says to just stick with it and you will get a deal eventually.
So my advice will also be to NEVER give up! No matter how hard it may seem, there is always a way to find a good deal... You just have to know where to look. And if you get lost, you have the entire BP community to help you! :)
