New To Real Estate Investing, Looking To Househack By Next Year Ideally

Hello, looking to connect and open to learning as much as possible. I live in austin, but more north in the Pflugerville area. My day job is sports therapy. 
I have read a few books, listened to the BP podcasts, and attended a couple of events. My first goal is to househack and then possibly continuing to buy and hold multi-units.
