Utah Hard Money Lender

Hey BiggerPockets!

I'm making my new introduction post in hopes of meeting those who work for/are direct lenders. I'm currently working for a direct lender that has a pretty specific box they want deals to fit. The main issue being $500K+ loan amount. I come across a lot of deals that are smaller than this. Sometimes significantly, others not so much. I'd love to find a new place to work and fund these deals. I'm located in Utah, so the company must be licensed to originate in Utah. Any arrow in the right direction to find a new home would be appreciated.
