Hello all,

I recently retired from the NYC apartment business after 40 years. I am still in the self storage business on Long Island. When I sold my properties in Manhattan I decided to do a 1031 and bought DSTs as my replacement properties. I had misgivings about the DST market but ended up going that way, regretfully.

taking a beating with Versity/Crew on their San Diego property aka 4th & J
