Newbie Wholesaler and Flipping in Boulder County Colorado

Melissa M Blackwell
Posted

I am looking to get started in wholesaling and flipping off market properties .  What is my best bet to start networking with end buyers.  I have a strategy but would love some guidance or a mentor to help me with my first deals.  Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

    @Melissa M Blackwell,

    Glad to meet another Melissa on here :-)

    Getting started in wholesaling and flipping is all about building relationships with serious end buyers. One of the best ways to start networking is by attending local real estate meetups, REIAs (Real Estate Investor Associations), and investor-friendly events in your area. Also, Facebook Groups, BiggerPockets, and even LinkedIn can be goldmines if you engage with value and consistency.

    Since you already have a strategy, now’s the time to reverse-engineer what your ideal buyer is looking for—cash buyers, flippers, landlords—and start building a list. Many successful wholesalers partner with turnkey rental property buyers too, because they’re often repeat buyers looking for ready-to-go cash flow deals. If you’re finding off-market properties with strong rental potential, turnkey investors can be a great audience to pitch to.

    Wishing you much success,

    Melissa Justice

     Thanks so much for your advice!
