Intros into small multi family brokers

Hey Guys,

I am moving to charlotte, nc. I have 11 years of experience with over 100 units remodeled, currently own 38 units in the tampa area. I came to tampa 11 years ago seeing that it was growing and made a great little business in the rentals and new construction/remodel business. I am moving to Charlotte in one week. I have decent amount of capital to buy some multi family. I am looking to meet agents/brokers to connect with. I am targeting any multi family under 30 units as I think there is less competition in this unit count.

Also, I am always interested in single family properties that need remodel or can be redeveloped.

DM or respond to this post if interested in connecting and greatly appreciate it!
