Hey Ya'll! New to Bigger Pockets but not real estate!

Found bigger pockets and thought I would hop in and say hi. I grew up around real estate, my dad was a builder and I worked for our local Home Builders Association for 15 year before going into ministry. I am about 3 years from retirement and am wanting to get my current rental real estate out of Oregon, increase my depreciation basis and cashflow. Looking at southeast markets but have NEVER used a management company before so owning real estate remotely  is going to be a stretch for me.  Mike
