My name is Yvette Williams, and I'm a licensed real estate agent based in Washington State. I’ve been in the business for about two years and recently started expanding my focus beyond traditional sales to learn more about real estate investing.

I currently own a rental property (which was my former primary residence) and am working on building a remote property management company under my LLC, Williams Investment Group. I'm also the founder of a separate janitorial services company, Williams Solutions, LLC, which supports my passion for business ownership and building long-term wealth.

Right now, I’m focused on growing my own rental portfolio and learning from others who’ve successfully scaled their investments—from single-family homes to multifamily or beyond.

I’m especially passionate about serving BIPOC and first-time homebuyers, and I’m excited to connect with like-minded investors, landlords, and business owners in this community.

How are the names of your companies telling potential clients what they do?

"Williams Solutions" sounds like a consulting firm.

WIlliams Investment Group sounds like a financial planner.

Keep it simple and short, but recommend names that easily ID what the company offers.

Also, other than ego, what's the benefit of having your name in the titles?

Keep hustling and you'll succeed!
