I am new to the real estate industry and real estate investing.  I'm involved in tax liens and deeds, but looking to expand my knowledge around short term and vacation rentals, as well as wholesale.  I am soaking in all the information and knowledge I receive to better myself in these types of investments.  Really need to get cash flow moving so I can continue with investments.
