Hello everyone,
I joined BP over last summer but this is my first post so I'm excited and ready to meet and learn from you all! I'm open to all tips, suggestions, and new ideas!
I'm a 25 year IT professional looking to freeing myself from the corporate world. Born and raised here in Montgomery where I hope there is great opportunity. I've been listening to the awesome podcasts for a while and reading the rehab book from J. Scott (excellent read btw). I would join an REI club but there isn't a local one here. I originally had a goal to wholesale but I feel that rehabbing will help me reach my long term goal of buy and hold faster. If there is anyone in the area who knows the market and would be willing to help out a young professional, I would love to meet up for coffee!
