G'day, Im here to learn, grow and help others succeed.A quick little bit about myself. I am an Australian living in the Ft Collins area of Colorado. I am still pretty new to the area and trying to build both my flooring business and my Realtor career. I have a deep fascination with distressed properties and adding value and equity. I believe that buying distressed properties and adding sweat equity is the best the method of investing in real estate. I believe I am more of a long term hold guy but depending on the deal short term holds also interest me.
